IDAHO DUNES RV RESERVATION POLICIES
Deposit policy:
Reservations must be paid in full at time of booking without exception.
Cancellation policy:
- There are no refunds under any circumstance.
- There are no adjustments for late arrivals or early departures.
- We will accommodate a one-time rescheduling of your reservation if notified at least 7 days prior to your reservation arrival date.
Check-In Upon Arrival:
Please check in at the General Store immediately upon arrival. All registered guests will be issued a registration permit and receipt to affix to the window of your vehicle. Permits must be affixed in front windshield in clear view.
Late Arrivals:
After hours arrivals must check in before 10:00 AM. Failure to self-register by 10:00 AM will result in a 20% registration surcharge.
Extra Vehicle Policy:
To accommodate the increasing physical size of modern off-road vehicles, an “Extra Vehicle” in a hook-up site will NOT include any vehicle towing a trailer.
