We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.

We will use your information to respond to you. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of in the following circumstances:

  1. We may share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside when we have your consent to do so.

We provide personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us or for similar reasons (for example, in connection with using shared compute resources and servers), based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
  3. We share information with our legal and other professional advisors where necessary to obtain their advice.
  4. We may share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside if we have a belief in good faith that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary.

  7. Detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
  8. Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of, our affiliates, our users or the public, as required or permitted by law.

We may use an outside shipping company to ship any orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

We may partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for any  services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

If Idaho Dunes RV is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure the personal information we process continues to be subject to the same protections set out in this Privacy Policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information 

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the address or phone number provided on our website:

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.


We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.     1. Where it is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests to manage our existing business and explore new investment opportunities, including conducting legal and commercial due diligence.
    1. Where it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, for example under anti-money laundering or anti-bribery legislation.

Where required, Idaho Dunes RV certifies to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. We comply with the EU-U.S and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland to the United States, respectively. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

Orders and Booking Forms 

We request information from you on our order and/or booking forms. To buy from us, or to book a campsite from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.


We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site.
